Nicole Laird
Founder | Communication & English Coach
Nicole created Pro Fluency Academy after noticing a common challenge among English learners: many people already have good English. They understand conversations, know grammar and have strong vocabulary. But when it’s time to speak, they still don’t always feel confident.
With a background in business, leadership, sales, training, coaching and communication, Nicole takes a practical approach that goes beyond traditional English lessons. She believes that knowing English and feeling confident using it are not always the same thing.
Her focus is helping learners communicate clearly, confidently and naturally in the situations that matter to them — whether that’s preparing for a job interview, participating in a meeting, presenting at work, building a business, networking or simply having everyday conversations.
Through Pro Fluency Academy, Nicole is building a learning experience that combines practical self-paced learning, real-world communication and opportunities to practise, so learners can build their skills and confidence and use English more effectively in real life.
